- No Return & refund for Products on which any type of customization is made.
- No return & refund for sarees on which falling and edging is done, whose blouse and petticoat is stitched.
- No return & refund for dress materials stitched, kurties resized or any customization is made.
- No return & refund for Lehenga(chania choli) stitched.
- Do not return the product before taking our consent. Please inform within 48 hours after taking Deliver.
- For cancelled order 5% for Indian Customer, and 5% + Sending and Received Courier Charges of the total amount will be charged to customer towards restocking.
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery on firstname.lastname@example.org. Full Order amount will be fully refunded if the product is damaged or defective.
- Products/Items must not be used.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by spsarees.com. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
Refund amount will be calculated on the basis of return policy of our website.
- Orders paid by credit / debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit / debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
